A high-needs, Ofsted-rated Outstanding SEN school is seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join the team. This full-time role involves working with Key Stage 1 students from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday. The position requires providing both 1:1 support and working with small groups, offering tailored educational assistance and personal care to children with complex needs. Key Responsibilities: Delivering tailored support through 1:1 and small group sessions, fostering engagement and progress. Assisting students with complex learning needs within a supportive and inclusive environment. Providing personal care with respect and sensitivity as needed. Collaborating with teaching staff and specialists to implement effective learning strategies. Monitoring and reporting on student progress to contribute to a positive learning experience.
