Are you an experienced leader in project management, with a passion for transformation and driving business growth? Parkinson Lee Executive Search have been retained by this leading technology driven organisation in the search for a Head of PMO to lead our client’s transformation initiatives and ensure the successful integration of acquired businesses. This is a key role in shaping the future as they continue to grow rapidly and expand through M&A strategies.

What You'll Do:

  • Inspire the PMO Team
  • Ensure Operational Efficiency
  • Monitor, Report & Ensure Accountability
  • Give PMO a voice at Board Level, influencing and shaping PMO excellence
  • Projects across; BAU, new product launch, technological releases, M&A integration for people, process and systems

What Parkinson Lee are looking for:

  • PMO Experience: Proven experience managing M&A integrations and complex transformation projects. Strong background in establishing and running PMO functions. Preferably experience within a SaaS, Telco or related sector.
  • Project Management Expertise: Formal certifications such as PMI, PMP, or Prince 2. Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus. Ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
