We have exclusively partnered with a high performing streetwear brand that is looking to recruit a Head of Ecom to devise and execute the DTC strategy for the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with owner, investors and directors in devising a solid ecommerce DTC strategy
  • Oversee the re-design/re-structure of the website ensuring its alignment with other selling platforms such as socials
  • Oversee both front and back end optimisation
  • Manage the Ecommerce budget
  • Analyse with support from merchandising teams DTC sales
  • Ensure UX and customer experience is a smooth process
  • Execute the Ecom strategy on a global basis
  • Collaborate with relevant 3rd parties and partnerships
  • Oversee the Ecommerce growth strategy
  • Partner with marketing and digital teams working to set calendars
  • Partner with logistics, CS and fulfilment teams
  • Create digital newsletters to engage customers
  • Work with content teams to ensure web information and descriptions are in line with brand tone
  • Set digital trading strategy
  • Manage and increase conversion rates
  • Set realistic KPIs and targets for the DTC strategy

Minimum Requirements:

  • Will have 7-10 years experience within an Ecommerce leadership role
  • Have a proven track record of increasing DTC sales and website optimisation
  • Must have experience within a fashion brand!
  • Have a great attitude, be flexible and willing to get stuck in
  • Have great attention to detail
  • Be a ‘people person’ with great communication skills
