Description: As a competition solicitor you will be advising on:
- Merger control and foreign direct investment rules
- Cartel and abuse of dominance investigations
- Competition law compliance and dawn raids
- State aid and subsidy control, including the EU Foreign Subsidy Regulation (ideally but not a requirement)
Profile: A successful Competition Solicitor should have/be:
- An England & Wales, or common law jurisdiction qualified Solicitor
