Location: Hybrid (Office/Remote) | Flexible Part-Time Hours

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 Pro Rata + Uncapped Bonus (OTE £100,000+)

About the Role

Blushes is growing, and we are looking for a marketing-driven ‘Talent and Partnerships expert\’ to spearhead our stylist and salon recruitment efforts. This is not a traditional HR or recruitment role—it’s a growth-focused, digital-first marketing role where success is measured by results : securing top stylists and onboarding new salon partners.

This is not a B2C or customer sales role. You will not be speaking to customers. Your focus is on attracting, engaging, and onboarding top stylists and salon partners through digital marketing and relationship-building.

We need someone with a strong background in digital marketing, content strategy, and social media outreach to attract, engage, and convert stylists and salons at scale. Your primary responsibility is to build and execute high-performing marketing campaigns that generate a continuous pipeline of interested stylists and salon partners.

This role is not just about direct sales—it’s about building meaningful relationships with stylists and salons through engagement, community-building, and trust. You’ll be actively connecting with hairdressers daily , starting conversations, DM’ing, engaging on social media, and nurturing long-term relationships that lead to recruitment success.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Lead Generation

1. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to attract top stylists and salon partners.
2. Create highly engaging social media content (organic and paid) to build brand awareness and drive inbound interest.
3. Leverage paid ads, SEO, influencer partnerships, and email marketing to maximise outreach.
4. Implement AI-driven tools and automation to identify, engage, and convert talent at scale.
5. Own and optimise the lead generation funnel , ensuring a seamless journey from first interaction to onboarding.

Direct Outreach & Community Engagement

1. Actively engage and network with stylists across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and industry forums.
2. Develop compelling messaging, email sequences, and direct outreach strategies to convert stylists and salons.
3. Build and maintain a CRM/database of stylists and salon owners , ensuring consistent pipeline growth.
4. Work with the Marketing and Operations teams to align campaigns with business expansion goals.

Performance & Strategy

1. Continuously track and optimise recruitment campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments.
2. Provide regular performance reports to senior leadership on stylist/salon acquisition.
3. Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage new digital growth strategies to maximise success.

Who We’re Looking For

• Digital Marketing & Growth Experience – Proven experience in social media, content strategy, and lead generation.
• Social Media & Community Engagement – Skilled in relationship-building through Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and beyond.
• Authentic Connector – Natural ability to build trust and rapport with stylists and salon owners through genuine conversations.
• Sales & Conversion Focused – Strong ability to persuade and convert talent without using a ‘hard sell’ approach.
• Tech & AI-Savvy – Comfortable leveraging digital tools, automation, and data to scale efforts efficiently.
• Highly Proactive & Results-Driven – A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.
• Experience in the Hair & Beauty Industry (Preferred, but Not Essential) – Understanding the mindset of stylists and salon owners is a plus.
