At FinTrU, our Product Technology team is seeking an experienced Principal DevOps Engineer to help lead the design, deployment, and optimization of high-quality solutions, contributing to both product and platform development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence. As a Principal DevOps Engineer, you will advocate for best practices in automation, reliability, and performance while also mentoring our junior engineers to develop a collaborative and efficient work environment.
You should apply if you have:
- 7+ years’ experience in a software development environment, within a hands-on product support/DevOps role, with demonstrable examples of RCA, support techniques, and extensive experience in incident management.
- Expert-level proficiency in Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps, and containerization services: Docker & Kubernetes.
- Expertise in building, enhancing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for automated software delivery.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices and tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).

- Collaborating with product and architecture teams to enhance the quality and performance of product and platform solutions, ensuring optimal service delivery.
- Driving the adoption of DevOps practices, delivering measurable performance improvements, and ensuring high availability and reliability.
