The Marketing Business Partner role is focused on enhancing and supporting sales for the assigned business units (one to two) and is crucial to delivering our brand strategy through consistent and compelling marketing across all stages of the marketing funnel. The Marketing Business Partner will work closely with the rest of the Marketing and Communication Team to ensure consistency, knowledge, and innovation sharing.
This role will work with our stakeholders in the respective business units to understand their needs and work with them to achieve sales and build brand awareness and equity among their various audiences, including customers, employees, potential talent, and the broader market. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Marketing Business Partner will work with internal teams and external partners as needed to develop impactful marketing strategies.
This is a hands-on role with the potential to influence our strategic growth and brand direction.

As a Marketing Business Partner with Bellrock, you’ll do it by…
- Strategic Marketing and Planning: Collaborate with the Managing Director of the business unit and the Chief Marketing Officer to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with Group priorities, using relevant application of recognized marketing planning tools and strategies. Oversee digital and offline campaigns for the business unit that convert, focusing on brand equity, SEO optimization, content creation, and social media management.
- Campaign Management: Manage and collaborate with the wider Marketing and Communication team, stakeholders, and the Head of Digital Marketing on multi-channel marketing campaigns, from conceptualization, segmentation, targeting and positioning, and channel strategies through to performance analysis. Coordinate with internal teams and optimize PPC campaigns, keyword strategies, and content marketing.
- Content Development: Work with content and design teams to create and review content for websites, social media, email, newsletters, case studies, blogs, events, and other marketing and sales enablement assets as needed. Ensure content aligns with our brand’s voice and objectives.
- Event Management: Strategic planning and execution of internal and external events and speaker platforms, including budgeting, logistics, marketing, and ROI follow-up strategies. Manage event calendars and liaise with external partners and vendors.
- Stakeholders Engagement: Collaborate with sales, senior management, and external partners to align marketing strategies with business goals. Prepare presentations, reports, and marketing collateral for various audiences.
- Internal Communications: Work closely with the business unit and People stakeholders to understand people’s demographics and work with them to develop marketing and communications strategies that engage and execute with the colleagues in the Marketing and Communication team to deliver and measure impact.
- Customer Engagement: Understand customer personas and engagement strategies, including email marketing, events, awards submissions, customer feedback initiatives, and CRM updates.
- Analytics and Reporting: Use analytics tools to track campaign performance against agreed success metrics and KPIs. Prepare reports on marketing effectiveness and recommend strategies for continuous improvement and resource prioritization.
- Vendor and Partner Relations: Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing service, value for money and compliance with budgets. Maintain organized records and adhere to version control and asset management processes.
- Administration and Organisation: Maintain a well-organized file system and adhere to the team’s process for version control and asset management. Maintain organized records and timesheets for resource planning and task prioritization.
What does it take?

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in built environment sectors/B2B environments.
- 6+ years’ experience in a Marketing role.
- Strong understanding of digital and content marketing strategies, SEO, PPC management, content, and social media platforms.
- Experience with website/CMS platforms such as WordPress, SharePoint, Sitecore, or others.
- Proficient in marketing analytics tools and CRM software, such as HubSpot & GA4.
- Experience in Microsoft Office 365 environment (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Able to use and curious about the practical application of AI tools.
- An aesthetic eye – an understanding and appreciation of good design, graphics, photography, and film.
- A highly collaborative person, willing to guide and inspire others with fresh ideas and creative thinking.
- Strong communication skills to effectively work within a team and present ideas to stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
Working arrangements
