Interim Carve Out CFO/FD

Finatal is working with a mid-cap PE fund that is looking for an Interim Carve Out CFO/FD to assist them with a new portfolio company that is making an acquisition via carve-out from another company, c20m t/o. You will be responsible for leading the separation, execution of TSA’s, and stand up of the new entity. Ideally, you’ll have a track record in restructuring/distressed turnarounds, carve-out as well as PMI. Whilst you will have a small team, we are looking for someone who is hands-on and operational and able to drive the programme quickly.

Ideally, you’ll have a track record in:

• Working in private equity backed businesses
• Distressed asset turnaround
