The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

We have partnered with a Designer brand, who requires a Gerber & manual Pattern cutter. You will be responsible for ensuring all patterns are accurate, graded, and ensuring all production and technical packs are complete and accurate before being submitted to the factory for production.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working within the Atelier team.
  • Extensive Gerber, manual pattern cutting and grading knowledge.
  • High level of accuracy.
  • Proactive solutions driven, who can offer advice on technical fit issues.
  • Checking and amending detailed pattern spec sheets.
  • Making pattern amendments from fit meetings.
  • Producing accurate patterns from initial prototypes.
  • Attending production fit meetings, altering patterns accordingly and following them through to production stage.
  • Checking and amending grades.

Key Skills:

  • Extensive and credible Gerber pattern cutting grading experience.
  • Excellent understanding of detail, shape and proportion.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Experience of grading for luxury WW brands advantageous.
  • Team Player.
  • Passion for Pattern, design and garment construction.
