We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Director, Change Delivery. The base location of this role is London, operating a Hybrid working model.

In this role, you will:

  • Implement new ways of working model across GTS COO underpinned by the value streams construct.
  • Construct, own and execute book of work aligned to sub-value streams associated with programme management for all GTS change programmes.
  • Lead and Line Management (up to 4 FTE) of Sub Value Stream Leads.
  • Matrix manage (up to 15 FTE – CIB transformation resource pool).
  • Trace and escalate activities against set milestones and adherence to programme governance inclusive of core build release management for strategic platform deployment.
  • Chair working groups, managing risks/issues and reporting, ensuring alignment to Change Framework and governance.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable governance and reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate papers/presentations requested by GTS teams, Global Businesses or Functions and regional/country stakeholders.
  • Challenge where appropriate with the right level of trade product expertise to ensure investment dollars are spent wisely.

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Knowledge and understanding of the Global Trade Solutions.
  • Excellent knowledge of Change / Transformation, both functionally and operationally.
  • Experience in a fast pace and agile environment and drive strategic projects.
  • Experience in solving business problems with data driven insights.
  • Ability to deliver high quality reports, presentations and communications to Business Executives under strict deadlines.
  • Ability to influence and facilitate strong collaboration across business areas.
  • Experience in Business Management, Product Management, Chief Operating Officer (COO) Office or Strategy roles.
  • Expert knowledge of Trade product suite is critical.
  • Proven track record of adapting the ways of working from ‘waterfall’ to agile.
