What does the role of Workshop Supervisor involve?
- Accounting for and managing Technicians' time when working on jobs.
- Ensuring Job Card write-up compliance with regards to OEM Warranty Procedures.
- Managing and improving workshop Productivity and Efficiency by allocating the correct jobs to the correctly skilled technician.
- Identifying Technician Training Needs.
