We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development and Partnerships Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our growth by developing strategic, innovative, and mutually beneficial partnerships. You will be responsible for building relationships with Local Authorities, Case Management Companies, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), Direct Payments, privately funded individuals and Registered Social Landlords (RSLs)., Engage with Case Management Companies, Local Authorities, ICBs, and other key stakeholders to secure new care and support packages, ensuring proposals are tailored to meet the specific needs of each individual.

Forge and nurture strong relationships with Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) to secure properties that can be adapted for individuals with additional needs, ensuring these partnerships are mutually beneficial and aligned with company objectives.

Establish and maintain innovative partnerships that support the company’s strategic goals, with a focus on innovation and long-term growth.

Work collaboratively with the senior management team to ensure that all care and support packages align with the company’s business model, focusing on packages where the care hours suit our operational capabilities and where we can effectively meet the client’s needs.

Work with the Mobilisation Team to ensure that initial assessments of identified packages are completed before any tender submission. Ensure that tenders are only submitted after these assessments have been reviewed, approved, and agreed upon by the senior management team.

Lead the preparation and submission of tenders and framework agreements, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and strategic alignment with the company’s goals.

Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to inform and refine business development strategies and develop innovative approaches to the tender process.

Act as a key point of contact for all stakeholders, including RSLs, Local Authorities, Case Management Companies, ICBs, and Direct Payment recipients.

Represent the company at external meetings, conferences, and events, positioning Amore Complex Care as a leader in the complex care sector.
Proven experience in a business development or partnerships role, ideally within the health and social care sector.

Strong understanding of the complex care environment and experience of business development with a diverse range of complex needs.

Experience of working with Registered Social Landlords, Local Authority Commissioners, ICBs, and other healthcare stakeholders.

Health and social care qualification desirable, i.e. BA Social Worker Hons, registered nurse or similar qualifications.

Demonstrated success in creating innovative partnerships, completing tenders, and securing framework agreements.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.

Experience working with senior management teams to align business opportunities with strategic goals.
