Asset Surveyor

I have a client in the East Midlands currently looking to fill an Asset Surveyor position with a focus on overseeing works from inception to completion on a wide range of assets.

The best candidates will have a history of assessing Damp and Mould, Disrepair, Fire Damage and Structural Issues across a wide array of Assets.

Responsibilities

• Successfully undertake reports and surveys on a wide range of Assets
• Assess Fire Damage, Damp and Mould, and Disrepairs issues on Company Assets.
• Help to support other departments and the newly formed Assets Team.

Requirements

• Relevant Qualifications
• Knowledge on essential legislation (Awaabs Law)
• Experience dealing with Damp and Mould, Fire Damage, Disrepair and other Structural Issues
• Experience working across Public Sector Assets teams

Package

• 3-month contract
• Negotiable rate DOE
• Hybrid work – 3/4 days onsite
• Potential for extension or permanent position based on performance
