Job Description

We are now recruiting for a Technical Support Specialist on a permanent basis to work for a global organisation, although the role is fully remote based, there will however be a 1-day induction which will be in their Farringdon based office and possibly the requirement to go into that office for a catchup once a month.\\n\\nThe focus of this role will be to provide technical customer support to customers and resolving issues in a timely manner, managing end-user inquiries over the phone/email as well as moderating user-generated content to facilitate a good digital community.\\n\\nAn essential requirement to this role will be the need to have some form of experience in the music industry, ideally this will be experience working with DJ hardware/software, Rekordbox or even experience of DJ'ing yourself to some degree.\\n\\nIdeally to be considered for this position you'll need great communication skills and must have proven experience of working with end users/customers to provide some form of technical customer support.\\n\\nThis is very much a full time and permanent position and will be paying a starting salary of up to £33k + a bonus of 7.5% of salary.\\n\\nYou'll be working Monday to Friday and a standard 35-hour week rota will be put in place and can be flexibly based around core office hours.\\n\\nAll equipment for this role will be provided but you must have a suitable working space and solid wifi connection.\\n\\nPlease note before applying that to be considered you must have some form of solid technical customer support experience and must be able to get to the offices in Farringdon at least once a month or we will be unable to consider you for this position.\\n\\nDuties\\n\\nTechnical Customer queries answered in a timely manner via phone/email.\\nImplement the online moderation guideline, working alongside stakeholders across the Company to guarantee its effectiveness.\\nReview and moderate all user-generated content and profiles, encompassing forums, comments, images, videos, and audio, coordinating with relevant team when needed.\\nOversee the banned user process, track, and remove previously banned users.\\nMaintain and update Moderation Guidelines.\\nProduce reports on moderation statistics, issues, and outcomes.\\nConsistently provide feedback and insights from community moderation.\\nStay updated on industry and company information, anticipating potential issues.Knowledge and Skills Requirements\\n\\nRekordbox, DJ hardware/software or experience as a DJ are a must-have in order to be considered\\nStrong technical customer service experience is an absolute essential requirement for this position\\nPlease make it clear if you speak any other languages other than English as this is something that would be of interest\\nExcellent communication skills\\nTeam player willing to get involved in resolving issues\\nThe ability to be able to work from home as well as get into London once a month\\nMust hold the full-time right to work in the UKWe are looking to shortlist for this role immediately, please apply and call Bobby on (phone number removed) for more info.\\n\\nLooking for the next step in your career?
