About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a leading provider of renewable energy solutions, specialising in solar panels, retrofitting, air source heat pumps, and mechanical ventilation systems. Reporting to the Head of Renewables & Operations, you will oversee electrical installations, ensuring compliance with MCS, BS 7671, and industry regulations while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership: Supervise electricians, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant installations.
2. Compliance & Quality Control: Conduct audits, oversee testing, and ensure adherence to industry standards.
3. Project Coordination: Work closely with the Renewables Manager to plan and execute electrical installations.
4. Health & Safety: Enforce safety regulations, conduct site inspections, and mitigate risks.
5. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain compliance records using MEG software and provide updates to senior management.
6. Training & Development: Support team growth through training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaboration

1. Renewables & Operations Teams: Ensure seamless integration of electrical work within renewable projects.
2. Customers: Provide guidance on new systems, ensuring satisfaction with their energy-efficient solutions.
