Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Internal Sales Consultant. The Internal Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing suitable product recommendations. Daily tasks include consulting with customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and maintaining consistent communication. The consultant will also handle customer service inquiries and maintain detailed records of interactions.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Handle customer enquiries and produce quotations
  • Nurture existing relationships and provide support for your customer portfolio
  • Develop new relationships with prospective customers to generate new leads
  • Ensure all emails and calls are answered within agreed SLA
  • Process orders to ensure stock levels meet customer needs

You’ll need to be:

  • A confident communicator
  • Collaborative and goal-focused, able to share resources and knowledge
  • Self-sufficient and able to show initiative
  • A flexible, organised multi-tasker who can respond to change quickly

You’ll need to have:

  • Previous sales experience
  • Knowledge of the automotive/LCV sector
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills – written and verbal
  • A good telephone manner
  • Basic Excel and MS Office skills
  • An ability to build relationships

  • A full driving licence
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
