VINCI Facilities is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to lead Life Cycle Asset Management across our hard facilities management contracts, including PFI (Healthcare & Education), Rail, Commercial, and Government sectors. This role is critical in delivering intelligent, cost-effective asset solutions while ensuring compliance, safety, and operational efficiency.
As an Asset Manager, you will collaborate with on-site teams, specialist engineers, and internal groups to ensure the successful management of assets across multiple contracts. You will drive condition-based lifecycle asset management, embedding best practices into daily operations and enhancing the value VINCI Facilities provides to its clients. This role requires flexibility, as surveying will involve travel and overnight stays a few nights at a time. Reporting and analysis can be carried out remotely as part of a balanced mix of site work and home working.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage lifecycle asset management ensuring compliance with FM obligations.
- Conduct site surveys (M&E) and manage in-house technical staff alongside specialist suppliers.
- Maintain and monitor lifecycle asset management systems and reporting tools.
- Develop and implement Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) plans and asset optimisation strategies.
- Provide strategic guidance on asset functionality, technical performance, and industry innovation.
- Work closely with the Account Teams and stakeholders to optimise asset management solutions.
- Oversee procurement processes to ensure value for money within budget constraints.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in building condition lifecycle asset management.
- Data analysis & reporting expertise, with experience using CAFM and E-Systems.
- Experience in PPM planning, optimisation, and Forecast Maintenance Reports (FMRs).
- Knowledge of Mobiess, Kykloud, VFA, Maximo, Concept is highly desirable.
- Strong project management skills with a client-focused approach.
- Institute of Asset Management accreditation or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant technical accreditation and an ability to challenge information.
