We are working with a client who is seeking an experienced and dynamic Contracts Manager to oversee project execution and ensure that all contractual obligations are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget. In this vital role, you will manage all aspects of contracts from inception to completion, collaborating closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations and uphold high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of contract execution, including planning, delivery, and financial management.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Oversee project teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, safety standards, and regulations.
- Develop and manage project schedules, resource allocation, and budgeting to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure quality control.
- Prepare progress reports, financial forecasts, and project updates for stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the construction sector, particularly in Construction & Renovation, Electrical Installations, Mechanical Services & Maintenance, or Sustainable Energy.
