We’re looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) Team Leader to drive success in our sales team while managing a portfolio of your own clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and have a knack for coaching teams to exceed targets , this role is for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Development Executives
Set clear performance targets and ensure the team meets activity & sales goals
Monitor team progress, provide coaching , and conduct performance reviews
Foster a collaborative team culture focused on learning and development
Work closely with marketing and operations to optimize client satisfaction

Client Management & Sales Growth
Manage a portfolio ofclients, ensuring top-tier customer service
Identify upsell & cross-sell opportunities, presenting tailored solutions
Ensure timely renewal of recurring revenue contracts and address concerns proactively

Inbound & Outbound Sales
Handle inbound sales inquiries, qualifying potential clients to ensure a great fit
Engage in outbound prospecting via calls & social media to secure new meetings
Work with marketing to target high-potential prospects and build a robust client database

What We’re Looking For:

3-5 years’ experience in a commercial, customer service, or sales-driven role
1-2 years’ leadership experience managing or coaching a team
Strong relationship-building, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to prioritize and manage people & outcomes in a fast-paced setting
Proficiency in CRM systems & business software
