An exciting opportunity for an account director with extensive knowledge of the retail industry and retail planning, in the role there will be responsibility for managing relationships, client satisfaction and utilising all round consulting sales knowledge and expertise.
Your main responsibilities in the role will be:
- Being a trusted advisor, helping clients achieve long term success. Managing change, helping to carry out strategy, monitor progress and quickly rectify issues.
- Qualify and close new opportunities with clients, upsell and cross sell, ensuring clients can see the value in the solutions.
- Develop and manage client relationships from c-suite to project managers.
- Responsible for the proper execution of all aspects of client contracts.
- Continue to develop a deep understanding of the retail industry and ensure a strong grasp of retail operations within global, technology and social trends.
