Not only that but, in Wimbledon, you will be overseeing a high-fame and flagship partnership, with the chance to deliver one of the agency’s primary annual activations. You will work with a highly-motivated team and have access to all departments within the business – here in London, in Manchester and New York City. Total Brand Experience is at the heart of everything we do as an agency, and this role represents the opportunity to deliver a truly global, category-defining example of that. / RESPONSIBILITIES Operational Delivery To lead large scale project(s), often simultaneously, aligning appropriate resource ahead of time, cast based on suitable skills, experience, and personality for the client. Whilst you’re operationally focused, you’re less involved in the day-to-day delivery of a project, and more focused on delegating, advising, troubleshooting, and driving best practice across the projects, and the business. You’re accountable for determining the structure and scope for all the delivery team’s roles within new projects and pitches, thinking commercially and pastorally, about use of people’s time. You’re responsible for overseeing the creation and ongoing management of project timelines and plans to ensure programmes are on track and in line with project plans. You’ll oversee the development and/or approval of budgets, timelines, and management of our suppliers, in response to specific client and business needs. You’ll lead on all strategic / larger vendor relationships, acting as the vanguard of best practice. You’ll have overall accountability for the quality of projects delivered. Client Relationships You will be co-responsible for the successful management, retention and growth of key client accounts. You will partner with other Subject Matter Experts and Business Leaders to provide transparency on what is achievable in the delivery of projects and manage client expectations accordingly, from the outset. You’ll take responsibility for shaping and communicating our clients’ objectives and are able to ensure these are understood – and met – by each member of the project teams, delivering great results every time. You can devise, create and present a clear vision of success to gain the confidence of all key stakeholders, including senior clients and internal executive teams. Finance As EP, you will be accountable for ensuring efficiency of the overall production budget, and optimising the commercial health of projects including the ongoing management of the project team’s SOW. Ensure the projects and/or pitch preparations are on brief, on time, on quality and on budget. Working closely with the Project Director, and the relevant Business Lead, to ensure the utilisation percentage and productivity of your role on client projects is in line with Momentum’s requirements/expectations. Identify and deliver commercial opportunities within your area of the business through additional revenue opportunities or cost savings. Talent Management Feeding into and supporting the identification and recruitment of the best industry talent. Understanding and being able to communicate knowledge of the skillsets and abilities across the brand experience department. Pro-actively supporting the Executive Director of Brand Experience with successfully casting the appropriate resource to the accounts and projects Creative Work in close partnership with the Creative and XD teams, collaborating in the early stages of a brief to help shape – and sell in – ideas. Collaborate across teams for flawless concept development. / HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Extensive experience in all elements of live experience delivery. Demonstrate a calm and positive attitude.
