Our client, one of the UK's leading Asset Managers, is seeking an Operations Oversight & Control Manager to manage the team responsible for the oversight and control of their third party, transfer agency provider.
This pivotal role will involve managing a dedicated team responsible for the oversight and delivery of outsourced Transfer Agency services for both UK and Luxembourg funds. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, ensuring that operational processes align with regulatory expectations while driving efficiency and effectiveness across the Operations team. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining high standards, supporting your team’s development, and ensuring successful execution of activities such as regulatory reporting, CASS governance, and complaints oversight.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and manage a high-performing team.
- Excellent knowledge of all things Transfer Agency (CASS, CMAR, Consumer Duty and Complaints).
- Demonstrable technical knowledge across a range of investment instruments, with experience in closed-end funds and/or Luxembourg funds being beneficial.
