HR Support in Newport

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to work with our client in Newport, NP10 9SA as HR support to help with absence management activity.

**2 positions available!**

Your pay rate as a full time HR Support:

You will be paid £11.84 per hour

Typical working hours as a full time HR Support:

• You will be working Monday to Friday
• Must be available for both days and nights £11.84 per hour
• 40 hrs weekly
• Initially for a 4 week period

Your role as a HR Support:

• Supporting absence management process
• Reviewing workers records
• Arranging, facilitating or conducting investigations
• Note taking

What we are looking for in a successful candidate:

• HR or management experience
• Excellent communication skills / difficult conversations experience
• Excellent written skills (meeting notes etc)
• Ideally prior experience of absence or similar meetings
• Ability to work on own initiative once initial guidance given
