Head of Probate sought for successful Essex based law firm.
Our Client, who has maintained an excellent reputation in their area for many years, is looking for an experienced Wills and Probate Solicitor with high-quality customer-facing skills to continue to build on their success and head up their probate team.
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 5 Years PQE as a Wills and Probate Solicitor, an exemplary track record of achieving billing targets, and will be looking to form an integral part of the management team.
They will benefit from an established existing caseload and strongly forged relationships built over many years but will be driven and ambitious, thus able to drive the business forward and ensure that the department continues to grow.
Our client is ideally seeking a full-time solicitor but would consider 4 days and does offer hybrid arrangements.
