Operating in Argyll and Bute since 1936, we have an open membership and community based approach, governed by a Voluntary Management Committee, now managing over 1600 homes. We remain an active and aspirational developer and continue to enjoy an excellent reputation and strong record of development, innovation and wider regeneration in the local communities we serve. About you
We are looking for someone who demonstrates the skills, experience, knowledge and drive relevant to the job and our values. The successful candidate will be passionate about, and committed to, our vision and mission to remain an independent locally controlled social landlord. We are a community centred organisation that believes in strong partnership working and delivering excellent services in a fully transparent manner underpinned by integrity. The next Housing Services Director must support these values and understand the challenges faced by people living within our rural communities.
