POSITION: Commercial Coordinator

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Assist the Commercial Manager & Commercial Executive in daily tasks and projects to achieve gross and retail sales targets, key accounts management, reporting and sales admin.
Main Responsibilities
- Reporting and Analysis
- Produce the weekly Retail sales reports
- Update Retailers Monthly Retail reports
- Stock & Trade analysis and retailer order validation
- Utilising Microsoft Excel to a high proficiency to produce the weekly and monthly Retail sales reports
- Retail sell in and sell out sales tracking across new launches/Christmas Coffrets
- Ad hoc specific analysis: by segments/by brand/by account to prepare appropriate Sales Strategy
- Support with the coordination and preparation of Strategy & Sales meetings
- Preparing account specific forms; New Line Forms, Site Nomination Forms and coordinating returns process
- Liaising with e-retail team to ensure new product is ready to launch in line with on counter date
- Manage and cascade communication regarding updates to new product launches, OCDs, sampling & GWP
- Administration regarding account openings, closures and changes of details
- Update Trade Marketing plans and promotional tracker weekly, communicating findings with the wider team
- Collate stock requests from the field & retail teams and share queries with the retailers
- Reviewing retailer orders to ensure they are in line with the demand and stock availability is maximised
- Managing the retailer wholesale tracker, updating the Commercial Manager weekly on the month's intake
- Update the site fee and PO files with spend and track and raise purchase orders
- Assist in the returns process ensuring retailers return stock in line with agreement from Commercial manager
- Assist in the Distribution Project
- Assist in preparing gifts and hospitality for sales meeting presentations
- Assist in ensuring maximum stock availability and OOS in coordination of retailer .com and E-commerce plans
Profile
Graduate from a Business school with strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills. Experience in sales and or marketing within the luxury environment would be a distinct advantage but not essential.
