Our client is currently seeking a Weekday Concierge to join their old luxury style residential mansion block based in Mayfair.
Salary: £25k - £30k per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am until 4pm
General Duties:
- Carry out and regularly patrol the building to check for any defects, leaks, damages etc. and report to the property manager.
- Assist with cleaning tasks as required, including keeping the brass front entrance doors and hallway clean and tidy.
- Be a presence at the front desk to welcome residents and visitors, assisting with any reasonable requests.
- Carry out the collection and movement of post, packages and parcels to all flats.
- Manage keys for residents and contractors.
- Assist contractors on site and monitor their presence.
- Ensure the security of the building and document any daily occurrences in the diary.
- Comply with health and safety and fire regulations, testing fire alarms and emergency lift lines on a weekly basis.
- Liaise with the property manager and report anything that needs attention.
