Our client who are based in Knutsford are looking for a temp on an ongoing basis to join their Customer Service team. This role is full time working Monday to Friday 8.30-4.30pm.
Your duties will include:
- Answering customer queries
- Updating customer accounts
- Monitoring a busy inbox
- Working off a ticketing system ensuring all queries are responded to in a timely manner
- Providing general admin support to the wider team
The ideal candidate must have previous customer service experience, have a high attention to detail and manage their own workload efficiently.
