Our client is a leading manufacturer based on the outskirts of Tutbury, striving to put their customers at the heart of everything they do. They have a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated Customer Service Advisor to join their thriving team on a temporary basis for 2-3 months.
General duties:
- Order processing and order management in a timely detailed manner
- Telephone enquiries and customer service calls
- Appointment planning with clients
- Dealing with customer complaints
- Liaison with production team, sales and operations teams
- Pricing for individual accounts by collating all information from a central location
- Managing own workload while also using shared sales inboxes
Due to the nature of the business, you will need an empathetic approach to customer needs.
