Position AC Supervisor

Salary £55,000 per annum + Van & Fuel Card.

Location London & Southeast

Working Hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Reporting Into Engineering Services Manager

TecRec are currently searching for an experienced Mobile AC Supervisor to work throughout London & Southeast to work for an engineering firm that are experts in facilities management, they install, maintain and maximise technical systems within the built environment.

This an excellent opportunity to join an established maintenance provider who invest both time and training into their employees.

As the Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of AC engineers, ensuring high standards of service, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining optimal performance of all HVAC systems

Supervision & Team Management: Lead and manage a team of AC engineers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs of air conditioning and refrigeration units to minimise downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.

Installation & Upgrades: Installation of new HVAC systems and upgrading existing systems to improve energy efficiency and performance.

Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Conduct diagnostics and troubleshooting for complex issues within HVAC systems, providing technical support as needed.

Quality Control: Ensure all work is completed to industry standards, local regulations, and company policies. Review work reports and maintenance logs to ensure quality.

Scheduling & Planning: Plan, schedule, and prioritise maintenance tasks alongside the specialist support, ensuring that work is completed within designated timelines.

The ideal candidate will have experience as well as qualifications in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning which consist of the following.

NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning

Cat 1 F-Gas

Well presented & client facing.

Experience

Have sound knowledge of Daikin, Mitsubishi, and Toshiba equipment

Experience with Chillers. Split Units, VRVs, VRFS, FCUs, and AHUs.

Have 5 years\’ experience in a similar role (applicants without relevant experience will not be considered)

Experience in troubleshooting and repairing complex HVAC systems.

Experience of installing air conditioning systems.
