An outdoors service provider has recently acquired another business and is seeking a HR Project Manager to transition employee data across from the old company's system into the parent company's HR system. You will be moving employee data from Cascade into One Advanced, as well as transitioning employee timesheet systems.

Responsibilities

  • Project Manage the HR & Payroll systems transition from Cascade to One Advanced - Delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality.
  • Data Cleansing & Migration Strategy – Ensure accurate cleansing, mapping, and transformation of payroll data, identifying and resolving inconsistencies.
  • Stakeholder Training & System Adoption – Support HR and payroll teams with training to ensure a seamless transition and effective system use.
  • Agree Technical & Change Management Plans and Undertake a Go/No-Go Readiness Assessment – Provide a clear assessment of whether the system is fit for launch, with recommendations for mitigation if needed.

Requirements

  • Delivery of numerous HRIS programmes, specifically with payroll data.
  • Knowledge of UK regulations around data and employee law important.
  • Data Mapping & Transformation Expertise: Ability to manage structured data mapping between Cascade and One Advanced, ensuring compatibility with existing payroll logic.
  • Change Control & Governance: Experience in implementing strict change management processes to prevent scope creep and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Previous experience working with One Advanced (formerly Mitrefinch) or Cascade highly desirable.

  • Day rate: £500 - £600 LTD, depending on experience
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Duration: 3 months
  • Location: Hybrid, mostly remote with a need for occasional travel to sites
