The leading Boiler Manufacturer has an opportunity for a Domestic Gas Engineer to join them in the GU or RG postcode area (Bracknell, Woking, Guildford, Reading, Farnborough, Bagshot, etc).
THE ROLE
Based from home, as a Boiler Manufacturer Gas Engineer you will undertake servicing, breakdown & diagnostic fault finding on the company's domestic boiler range. Full product training will be provided to Gas Engineers who meet the criteria below, along with all the support and equipment required to provide the highest levels of service, including your van restocked by courier, initial & ongoing training.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
The Ideal Boiler Engineer will possess strong fault-finding & boiler diagnostic experience, be able to use a multi-meter, and hold ACS CCN & CEN certifications, along with a full UK driving licence. Experience of using a PDA and exposure to working with a Manufacturer such as Viessman, Vaillant, Worcester Bosch, Intergas, Ideal, or Baxi, or a service agent, local authority, or British Gas or Centrica would be beneficial.
HOURS & REMUNERATION
Working hours are Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rota basis (1 in 4) with no callout and no Sunday working. Package: £43,857 + Bonus scheme (circa £5,000 - £6,000) + Overtime. Based on the following: Basic salary: £40,857 + £2,000 Southeast Weighting + £1,016 Lunch allowance + Bonus: £5,000 - £6,000. Overtime payments, company van with private use option, holiday, pension scheme, uniform, specialist tools, etc., leading to earnings in excess of £50,000.
