Your role: Are you passionate about engineering and eager to shape the built environment? We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Level 6 Apprentice Structural Engineer, starting in summer/autumn 2025. This exciting opportunity will provide you with hands-on experience and academic qualifications to launch a successful career in structural engineering. Based in Reading, you will develop your skills in cutting-edge software like CAD and Revit 3D modelling, while gaining a deep understanding of structural engineering principles. You will work alongside experienced engineers on a diverse range of projects, collaborating with architects, civil engineers, and planners to deliver innovative solutions. As an apprentice, you will combine practical experience with academic study. We collaborate with various training providers on both block and day release basis. We will help select the most suitable provider for your profile enabling you to earn a prestigious BEng Civil and Infrastructure Engineering degree, equipping you with the knowledge and skills to excel in the industry.
About you: For our apprenticeships, no previous experience is required. If you are self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn, then this could be for you.
Qualifications: For our Level 6 apprenticeship you will need either:
- 3 A Levels Grade BBC or above to include Maths.
- A BTEC Extended Diploma in Engineering – DMM to include Further Engineering Mathematics.
