We are looking for a Workshop Manager to join our busy in-house workshop team as the business has grown considerably over the last few years. The job is based at our Head Office on the industrial estate in Blidworth.

The current team is responsible for the repair & maintenance of a range of agricultural equipment including mowers, tractors, strimmers, chainsaws, etc., as well as servicing and maintaining over 30 vehicles including trailers, all in-house. It can be a very busy and challenging environment.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Agricultural plant & machinery experience
  • A vehicle maintenance NVQ/qualification
  • A full clean driving license with towing capacity

Knowledge of the Operators License will be advantageous, and welding experience is also preferable. The candidate will ideally have experience in this type of business or similar, as although training will be given, we need someone who can work under their own steam as well as lead and be a part of the team.

You will have a can-do attitude, willing to work to challenging timescales and be flexible, being able to work overtime when needed to get the job done to ensure all our team of over 60 staff remain out on site working.

Hours of work vary per week between 7.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday as the business needs, and possibly some Saturday mornings.
