Senior Smoke Ventilation Commissioning Engineer – London – £70,000 Salary Package: £50,000 – £70,000 Company Van and Fuel Card Company Benefits Company Card Holiday Pension Allowances for staying away Duties: You will be expected to perform commissioning on mechanical extract systems and other smoke ventilation systems within the ventilation industry. Manage projects to ensure they are completed on time and provide quotations for clients. Wire, fix & commission Mechanical Extract Systems. Wire, fix & commission a wide range of smoke ventilation products from various manufacturers. Manage large or small installations and ensure that the team is working to the correct design and standards as per the drawings provided. Communicate with other trades to ensure smooth completion of a project. Senior Commissioning Engineer Position Requirements: NVQ Electrical installations or equivalent. At least 5 years’ experience in commissioning extract or smoke ventilation systems. SSSTS or higher. JIB/ECS card Holder. Span set, PASMA, IPAF. Working knowledge of ADB; BS EN 12101; BS 9999; BS 9991 & BS 7346 pt 8. Working knowledge of multiple manufacturers’ equipment e.g., Colt, SCS, FDS & SE Controls. Current full clean driving licence.
