We are hiring for an award-winning company offering an exceptional telecoms copper engineering opportunity.

Start Date: Immediate start available.

Pay: The Telecoms Copper Engineer will be working from a rate card and will have a guarantee of pay rate in place. If you work hard and put in the effort there is no cap on your earnings.

Job Description:

  • Completing Copper Provisions
  • Completing Copper Surveying / Repairing Orders
  • Completing Copper testing & troubleshooting
  • Working overhead & underground
  • The normal hours of work are 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, including work on one Saturday in every four weeks.
  • Site Inspection Evaluations Including Traffic Management to be conducted
  • Respond professionally and effectively to all customer requests and enquiries.

Key Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving License (Manual)
  • Ability to perform pole / ladder climbing, working underground, and manual handling.
  • To be physically fit and able to lift heavy items.

  • SA001 - Overhead Safety
  • SA002 - Underground Safety
  • SA020 - Working Safely in Single and Multi-Occupancy Dwellings Including Buildings
  • LSS01 - Ladder Safety System
  • NRSWA Manual Handling
  • MT003 C004 - Internal Wiring Installation and Repair
  • E001 - Dropwire and Overhead Techniques
  • F005 - Working in PCPs
