Our expanding EMEA team is looking for a sales driven Manager to drive the growth of our Permanent recruitment business. Russell Tobin’s UK business was established in 2017, and we support an impressive list of clients, from scale-ups through to global leaders in Tech, FS and Pharma. We are established in 3 European locations, London, Dublin and Rotterdam, and we are about to launch in Spain and Germany.
This is a sales driven role which will see you leverage your own network and our business relationships to drive the growth of our permanent business across UK and EMEA. Taking on a player/coach role, you will be leading from the front with a team of recruiters to get hands on with recruiting, as well as developing best practice recruitment delivery, candidate network development and operations. The Manager plays an integral role in furthering the European expansion of Russell Tobin and Pride Global through effective business development.
The Opportunity
- To lead the Permanent recruiting operations for Russell Tobin within the UK market, with the opportunity to support our growth across Europe.
- This is an autonomous role which could suit an experienced manager or a highly motivated senior recruiter looking to take on their first leadership role.
- Develop existing client relationships and generate new business development opportunities to effectively expand the permanent business through networking, business meetings and events.
- Maintain and curate talent pipelines within the team’s focus areas.
- Ensure each candidate has a high touch and positive experience.
- Connecting with clients to problem solve, offer feedback and create solutions for their recruiting needs.
- Continue to evolve and create recruiting best practices.
- Involvement in team and individual training and development for new and existing recruiters.

Your Qualifications
- 4+ years’ experience within agency recruitment.
- A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets is essential, with experience in client-facing recruitment roles.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with experience building relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Drive to meet targets and elevate team members to achieve their own.
