Our client, a fast-growing refurbishment and maintenance contractor, is seeking an Assistant Contracts Manager to join their team. With a £15M turnover and a team of 90 staff (35 in the office and the rest on-site), they specialise in delivering high-quality refurbishment and maintenance projects ranging from £100k to £1M.
This is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, Site Manager, or Junior Project Manager looking to take the next step towards a Contracts Manager role. The ideal candidate will have some industry experience and be eager to develop within a company that offers strong training, career progression, and hands-on experience.

- Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards
- Managing variations, project documentation, and reporting
- Industry experience in a relevant role (Assistant QS, Site Manager, Junior PM, etc.)
- Formal qualification in construction (HNC, HND, BTEC, T-Level, Degree - preferred but not essential)
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to commute to Coulsdon
