The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.

We are on a mission to grow our management team in order to deliver our high-end consultancy services to a greater number of clients. By reaching a broader range of clients, we will be able to demonstrate the power of partnering with OME to unlock potential and create real project traction. This period of growth will be an exciting and rewarding time for all involved.

The ideal candidates (3x) for this position will be ambitious Senior/Associate/Principal level MEPH, Sustainability, Energy Consultants that are interested in a sponsored fast track development programme, that will take them to equity ownership. This is possibly the only advertised opportunity of its type in our industry. 3 Candidates will be selected to join a target driven programme that will take you and your fellow leadership team through all the necessary steps and will end with vested equity. While completing your standard activities, you will learn everything it takes to run a successful practice.

Responsibilities (guidance and support will be given):

  • Typical MEPH and Energy Consultant management level activities
  • Finding opportunities, fee proposals and onboarding clients
  • Managing projects from start to finish
  • Developing resource (internal and external)
  • Originating new ideas to create opportunities in growth areas
  • Masterminding performance, training and development with your fellow leaders
  • Meeting KPI targets to progress to the next level

Qualifications / Capabilities

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Chartered status or working towards
  • 7+ years professional working experience in Consultancy
  • Can run a project including managing a team from start to finish
  • Professional qualifications, certifications and skills an advantage (example BREEAM, Energy Assessor, CIBSE LCC, Revit, AutoCAD, IES, Trimble, MEPworx etc)
