Project Manager - Mechanical

We’re currently recruiting for a Project Manager for a key player in the fit-out and management of prime working-spaces.

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead, with a mechanical bias, the delivery and project management of a range of various sites in the North-West and further afield.

You’ll play a pivotal role in managing site delivery, risk assessments, and ensuring all projects meet compliance and quality standards.

About You

We’ll need a hands-on, skilled professional with at least the following:

1. A natural communicator, with the ability to communicate across all levels and demographics
2. Strong proven experience in the Facilities Management field
3. Progression from a trade into Project Management would be highly desirable
4. Previous experience of managing projects up to £5m in value
5. Excellent demonstrable experience of managing a wide range of both internal and external stakeholders to achieve various goals
