As part of their continuing growth plans, our client is seeking to strengthen their already highly experienced team by recruiting a Compliance Officer to support the Compliance Monitoring Programme. The successful candidate will currently be working in a Compliance Advisory or Compliance Monitoring role. Above all, it is essential that you come from an FCA regulated company.
Candidate requirements:
- Compliance Monitoring experience in an FCA authorised firm.
- FCA handbook knowledge related to systems and controls, DISP, CONC and ICOBS, ideally gained in a Compliance Advisory or Monitoring role.
- Ability to communicate well with internal team members and external clients.
- Willing to commute to the Leeds office weekly - hybrid working pattern (2 days office/3 days WFH).
- Willingness to be hands on and able to grow with the business.
- Someone with a positive, optimistic and enthusiastic attitude.
- Flexible and willing to tackle a variety of ad-hoc and interesting tasks.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Good standard of written and verbal English, spelling and grammar.
- Efficient and organised with the ability to prioritise workloads.
- Professional and capable of interacting well with a variety of corporate clients.
