Our client is a well-established Private Equity firm focused on investments in the Healthcare, Technology, and Services sectors. The firm targets companies with an enterprise value of £10M – £100M, leveraging a hands-on investment approach to drive sustainable growth.

Role Overview:

The firm is seeking a highly motivated Investment Professional to join its London-based team. The role offers an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on all aspects of the investment process, including deal sourcing, financial analysis, due diligence, execution, and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deal Execution: Assist in evaluating potential investment opportunities within Healthcare, Technology, and Services sectors.
2. Financial Analysis & Due Diligence: Conduct financial modeling, valuation assessments, and market research to support investment decisions.
3. Transaction Execution: Play a key role in deal structuring, negotiations, and supporting the execution of investments.
4. Portfolio Management: Work alongside portfolio companies, contributing to value creation strategies, operational improvements, and exit planning.
5. Market Research & Industry Trends: Stay informed on industry dynamics, market developments, and competitive landscapes.

Key Requirements:

1. Experience: At least three (3) years of experience in Small-Cap / Lower Mid-Market M&A , combined with at least three (3) additional years in Audit, Transaction Advisory Services (TAS), Assurance, Consulting, or Investment roles.
2. Sector Knowledge: Strong understanding of at least one of the firm’s focus sectors: Healthcare, Technology, or Services.
3. PE Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think like an investor, with strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
4. Technical Skills: Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
5. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent ability to interact with management teams, advisors, and internal stakeholders.
