Job Title: Contract Business Analyst – Electronic Patient Records (EPR)

Location: London / Hybrid

Contract Duration: 6 month initial

Rate: 500-550 Inside IR35

About the Role: Seeking an experienced Contract Business Analyst to support the implementation of an Electronic Patient Records (EPR) system . Work closely with stakeholders, clinicians, IT teams, and vendors to ensure successful system delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse, and document business and clinical requirements.
• Define system workflows and functionalities with stakeholders.
• Support system testing, UAT, and issue resolution.
• Provide guidance and training to end-users.
• Identify risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on EPR or healthcare IT systems .
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and regulations.
• Experience with EPR systems such as Cerner, Epic, or Meditech.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and gather user needs.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Analysis, Healthcare IT, or related field.
• Business Analysis certification (e.g., IIBA CBAP, BCS BA).
• NHS or public healthcare experience (if applicable).
