Azienda che opera nel settore delle energie rinnovabili è alla ricerca di un Plant Manager di impianti di biogas. Sarà responsabile della supervisione delle operazioni quotidiane, della manutenzione e delle prestazioni dell’impianto, garantendo un funzionamento efficiente, sicuro e conforme agli standard ambientali e normativi.

Il ruolo prevede la gestione di un team di operatori, la programmazione delle attività, la risoluzione di problematiche e l’ottimizzazione delle prestazioni dell’impianto per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali.

Responsabilità:
  • Coordinare il team di primo livello, incluse la programmazione dei turni, la gestione delle ferie e il feedback di valutazione.
  • Supportare le operazioni quotidiane dell’impianto, garantendo il buon funzionamento dei processi.
  • Monitorare le prestazioni dell’impianto e delle apparecchiature, gestendo problematiche di base o segnalando quelle più complesse.
  • Gestire le procedure di approvvigionamento e acquisto.
  • Supportare le attività di manutenzione preventiva e correttiva delle apparecchiature dell’impianto sotto supervisione.
  • Seguire i protocolli di sicurezza e contribuire al mantenimento di un ambiente di lavoro sicuro.
Requisiti:
  • Esperienza di 3–5 anni nelle operazioni di impianti biogas, inclusa la supervisione di team.
  • Conoscenza di base dei processi di digestione anaerobica e generazione di energia.
  • Familiarità con i sistemi meccanici ed elettrici e disponibilità ad apprendere le procedure di manutenzione.
  • Conoscenza delle normative di sicurezza e dei requisiti di conformità ambientale.
  • Capacità di lavorare in team e di prendere iniziative in modo proattivo.
  • Conoscenza base di Excel per l’inserimento di dati e la reportistica, e di Outlook per la comunicazione e la pianificazione.
  • La conoscenza della lingua inglese sarà considerata un plus.
