About the Role
- Coordinate/supervise reactive electrical works, electrical callouts and project work.
- Update and manage internal records.
About You
- Electrical installation work level 3 with extensive experience post-apprenticeship
- Hold either SMSTS or SSSTS safety qualification
- Working knowledge of Fire alarms BS5839 and emergency lighting BS5266
- Extensive experience of all types of electrical installation work, repairs and Pre Planned Maintenance work across the commercial and industrial sector
- Small project design and delivery, from concept to hand over
- Experience of managing resources e.g., staff, plant and materials
This post is covered by the statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) (English Language Requirement for public sector workers) and therefore the ability to speak fluent English is an essential requirement for the role. A DBS enhanced check for a regulated activity is required for this post.
