Location: Leeds

Salary: £27,000 – £35,000 (DOE)

What You\’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing international import/export shipments across air, sea, and road
  • Coordinating collections, deliveries, and logistics with precision
  • Working closely with clients, agents, and carriers to keep operations running smoothly
  • Handling customs entries and compliance with UK regulations
  • Tracking shipments and keeping customers informed every step of the way
  • Managing job costing, invoicing, and documentation with accuracy
  • Providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment

What You’ll Need:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a UK-based freight forwarding role
  • Solid understanding of air, sea, and road freight operations
  • Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures
  • Experience with freight systems like Cargowise or Multifreight
  • Confident communicator with top-notch customer service skills
