The ideal candidate must have experience in property maintenance and carry out a wide range of tasks (both skilled and unskilled) – as well as be highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills. This is a fantastic opportunity to work directly with our portfolio of guardian properties and be a part of a growing business with ambitious plans. Van and fuel card provided.

Role Profile

1. 3+ years experience in property maintenance or construction.
2. Excellent communication, reporting and organisational skills.
3. A positive, outgoing, and enthusiastic attitude.
4. Self-motivated, problem solver with first-class customer service skills, who is willing to push themselves and achieve results.
5. Ability to prioritise workload and efficiently manage diary to achieve results.
6. Enthusiasm for identifying and embracing new ways of working and good practice.
