Overview
In the role of Digital Impact Lead, you will be a key member of the team and instrumental in the development and execution of connected digital strategies across Langland. You will maximise the impact of advertising campaigns, brand experiences, PR and medical education, and improve patient and healthcare professional engagement. Furthermore, you will play a pivotal role in integrating digital innovation into client solutions, ensuring measurable results and growth.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Digital Leadership: Lead the development and execution of cutting-edge digital strategy that aligns with our clients' business objectives and healthcare industry trends. Leverage data, insights, and emerging technologies to enhance business performance and impact.
- Campaign Development & Oversight: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, accounts, media, and analytics) to design, implement, and optimise multi-channel (POE) campaigns that drive meaningful outcomes.
- Performance Analytics & Optimisation: Use web and campaign performance metrics to monitor, analyse, and report on the success of initiatives. Translate complex analytics into actionable recommendations to continuously optimise campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Client Partnerships, New Business and Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic counsel on opportunities and ensuring digital impact is a core part of their marketing strategy. Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Collaboration and Team leadership: Collaborate effectively with colleagues with a range of skills and experience. Mentor and guide junior members of the team in digital best practices, ensuring knowledge transfer and professional development. Build business cases for new hires into the team to ensure we can meet client needs.
- Innovation & Emerging Technologies: Stay ahead of the curve in digital marketing trends, platforms, and tools within the healthcare space. Identify and implement new technologies and approaches to create innovative digital experiences.
- Compliance & Best Practice: Ensure that all digital activities adhere to healthcare regulations and industry standards (ABPI, GDPR) while promoting ethical marketing practices.
Qualifications
Essential:
- Proven experience in engagement strategy and digital strategy.
- Leadership experience and strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build beneficial relationships and influence senior clients.
- Ability to translate complex healthcare challenges into innovative digital solutions with measurable impact.
- Understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, paid media, content marketing, etc.) and healthcare communications.
- Experience in working with performance analytics and other tools and platforms (web analytics, social listening, CRM etc.) to drive campaign success and optimisation.
- Working knowledge of tech stacks for front and back-end web development.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Experience working in a highly regulated environment.
