The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft compelling B2C marketing campaigns across email, web, push, and SMS. The Campaign Production Editor is vital in streamlining digital operations, enhancing user engagement, and contributing to the success of consumer-led marketing campaigns.
As Campaign Production Editor, you will:
- Manage campaign journeys in our client’s MarTech platform (SAS) including set-up and deployment.
- Update corresponding marketing content on the B2C website using our client’s CMS (Magnolia).
- Oversee email marketing templates for campaigns using Agillic & SAS360.
- Ensure content adheres to brand standards.
- Assist with A/B testing and QA, optimising content for different audiences and platforms.
To apply, you should have:
- Hands-on experience using a Marketing Technology / Marketing Automation platform such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, or SAS to deploy multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Experience as a Campaign Executive, Content Executive, CRM Executive or similar.
- Managed end-to-end campaigns across email, push, web, and SMS.
- Exposure to Content Management Systems and Email Marketing platforms.
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
