As Creative Strategist you’ll play a vital role in the creative and strategic aspects of our performance and growth marketing activity. Working to promote our product portfolio across a range of performance marketing channels, your ultimate mission is to concept winning ideas for our campaign, using a strong foundation of data and insights and your imagination!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Concepting: Ideating performance-led, social-first concepts.
  • Researching: Conducting extensive research on the landscape and digesting findings into relevant, actionable insights.
  • Copywriting: Creating great conceptual ideas will include writing strong copy, messaging frameworks, hooks and scripts to capture the attention of consumers.
  • Storyboarding: Turning your concepts into actionable and detailed storyboards, which can be shot and edited with short lead times.
  • Briefing and Creative Production: Planning, coordinating and developing the briefing process, leveraging experts, creators, and owning the entire production process.
  • Collaborating: Working closely with editors and media buyers to ensure you’re always up to date with content performance.
  • Content Obsessed: On the pulse of new trends, cultural moments, customer behaviour, emerging platforms, in the know on what’s trending and what’s not - plus, how to integrate it all into winning social advertising concepts.
  • Data Analysis: Tracking, analysing, and reporting on the performance of all creative on a daily basis.
  • Iterating: Using data-driven insights to optimise creative output and iterate on winning concepts.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4-5+ years experience in a Creative Strategist or similar role whether it’s in-house, agency side or as your side-hustle.
  • Proven experience working with Meta and TikTok advertising.
  • An ideator who can develop and deliver great concepts.
  • That viral mindset - an obsession with achieving high-performing, viral content.
  • A proven portfolio of creative assets.
  • Experience using various creative strategy and ideation frameworks.
  • A track record of overseeing the creative production process.
  • A demonstrated understanding and knowledge of creative testing approaches, and measuring outcomes using business performance metrics.
  • A strong understanding of the social landscape, particularly TikTok and Meta.
